It lets you follow your orders, find your saved pieces again and receive, if you wish, the two letters of the year.

Your profile
The address has not been confirmed yet. The confirmation link has been prepared: the email service is not connected, so for now it appears in the server log.
Enquiries received
Every enquiry sent through the site, the new ones first. An enquiry marked as handled moves to the bottom: the status says where we have got to, not what the customer asked for.
The orders
Paid orders, newest first. A red rule means nobody has picked it up yet. To send an order on its way, paste the carrier tracking number: that is also what triggers the message to the customer.
Withdrawals
Those who changed their mind. The refund is due within 14 days of the declaration and includes the standard delivery cost. You may wait for the goods to come back, but not past that deadline.
Stock
How many garments there are, by colour and size. Anything at zero cannot be bought. Every change leaves a line in the movements register, which is never deleted.
For the accountant
The takings register for a period, as CSV: date, number, net amount, VAT, total, and whether an invoice was requested. To send to whoever keeps the books.

Communications and consent
You can give them and withdraw them whenever you like. Withdrawing them changes nothing about your account or your orders.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to receive a machine-readable copy of it or to have it deleted, and to object to the processing.
Download your data
A file with everything we hold: your account, the whole history of your consents — with the date and the exact text you had in front of you each time — and the enquiries you have sent us. Favourites and bag are not in it because we do not have them: they stay in your browser's memory.
For everything else — rectification, restriction, objection — write to us at [email protected]: you will hear back within one month. How we handle data is set out in the Privacy Policy. You also have the right to complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Delete your account
Your account, your password and the entire register of your consents will be gone. This cannot be undone.
The order enquiries you have sent us remain, but they lose their link to you: they are commercial documents, with their own date and price, and they do not disappear because the person who sent them closes their account. The reason is in the Privacy Policy, at point 6.
