2 · What this site is, today

The site presents the Parea Sons collections, lets you create a personal account and lets you send us an order enquiry. It is not an online boutique: no purchase is concluded here and no payment is taken.

Prices are shown in euro and are inclusive of VAT. They are given for information: they state the list price in force on the day you are reading, and they do not constitute an offer to the public within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.

The order enquiry you send from your bag is a request for information and a quotation: it is not an order, it is not a binding contractual offer, and it commits neither you nor Parea Sons. It tells us which garments interest you, in which colours and sizes, so that a person can reply with availability, timings and confirmed prices. Any contract arises only afterwards, by written agreement between the parties.

The conditions of sale already exist, with everything the Italian Consumer Code requires — pre-contractual information, the right of withdrawal with its model form, the legal guarantee of conformity, delivery times and costs. They are in Conditions of sale, Right of withdrawal and Shipping and returns, and they will apply from the day checkout goes live. Until then this document is what governs the use of the site.

4 · How the site is to be used

The site is to be used in good faith and in compliance with the law. In particular, it is not permitted to attempt to access areas or data that are not your own, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to extract its contents systematically and automatically in order to reuse them.

6 · Availability and liability

We do all we can to keep the site reachable and the information correct, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Nothing in this document excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, nor the rights the law grants to consumers.

8 · Accessibility

Parea Sons is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including those who navigate with a keyboard, with a screen reader or with magnification.

The reference standard is EN 301 549, which adopts WCAG 2.1 level AA. It is the standard that Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022 sets for electronic commerce services.

What we have checked. An automated measurement across eleven pages — the home page, both wardrobes, a product page, the collection pages, the personal area and the legal documents — plus one pass with the side panels open, because with them closed half the interface is not in the document. We checked the accessible names of controls, field labels, heading order, page landmarks, the declared language, alternative texts for images, target size and contrast. No findings, and the lowest contrast measured is 4.71:1 against the 4.5:1 required.

What we have not checked, and this is the part that matters. Navigation with a real screen reader has not been tried, and no automated measurement replaces it. The quality of the alternative texts has not been judged: the measurement checks that they exist, not that they describe the photograph well. The full-screen viewer on the product page — the most interactive part of the site — and the forms that appear only later, once the bag has something in it, have not been tried with the keyboard alone. Zoom to 200%, reflow on 320-pixel screens and change of orientation have not been measured.
