The right of withdrawal

1 · You have 14 days

If you buy as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without penalty. The period runs from the day you, or a third party you indicated, take physical possession of the goods — not from the day of the order. Where an order is delivered in several parcels, it runs from the last one.

3 · Sending the goods back

You then have 14 days from telling us to send the goods back. The direct cost of return is yours. Please send back the garment complete with its labels, in a condition that lets us put it back on sale: you are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the garment — the same you would do in a shop.

5 · What cannot be returned

Garments made to your measurements or clearly personalised are excluded (article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). A garment made to order in a STANDARD size is NOT personalised, and the right of withdrawal applies to it in full.

7 · The model withdrawal form

This is the form set out in Annex I, part B, of the Italian Consumer Code. You are not obliged to use it — any clear statement will do — but we are obliged to give it to you.
