Conditions of Sale
The conditions under which you buy from this site: prices, payment, delivery, withdrawal and guarantee. Anyone who places an order accepts them, and we send them a copy by email.
Draft, pending approval. This text describes the shop as it is today, but it has not yet been approved: it must be read by those legally responsible before the shop opens.
1 · Who is selling

2 · What you are buying, and the price
Prices are shown in euro and INCLUDE VAT at the applicable rate (22%). The total price shown before the order button is the full amount due: it includes the goods, VAT and shipping costs, and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. The essential characteristics of each garment are set out on its product page.
3 · Shipping costs
We deliver to Italy. Shipping costs €8.00 and is free on orders of €500.00 or more. The cost is always shown in the order summary before you confirm.
4 · How the contract is concluded
Displaying a garment on this site is an invitation to buy, not a public offer under article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code. Your order is a contractual proposal: the contract is concluded when we confirm it by email. If a garment turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full, without delay.
5 · Payment
Payment is made by card through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, which operates the payment page. We never see or store your card details. Strong customer authentication is applied as required by Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2). The amount is charged when the order is placed.
6 · Delivery
We deliver to Italy within 8-14 working days of the order being confirmed, and in any case within 30 days, as required by article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code. If we fail to deliver within that period you may set an additional reasonable period and, if that too passes, terminate the contract and be refunded in full. Risk passes to you when you, or a carrier chosen by you rather than by us, take physical possession of the goods.
7 · Right of withdrawal — 14 days
If you are a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason (articles 52 to 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). The period runs from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. To withdraw, tell us plainly — by email, or using the model form we provide, or from the withdrawal page of this site. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment, and we may withhold the refund until the goods come back or you show they have been sent. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
8 · Legal guarantee of conformity — 2 years
Every garment carries the legal guarantee of conformity of articles 128 to 135 of the Italian Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 170/2021: two years from delivery. If a garment is not as it should be you may ask for repair or replacement and, failing those, a price reduction or termination of the contract, at no cost to you. This guarantee is separate from, and unaffected by, the right of withdrawal.
9 · Complaints, and disputes
Write to [email protected] or call 030 9847082. Before going to court, a consumer may turn to one of the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed by the Italian Ministry of Enterprise (articles 141 and following of the Consumer Code). It is an option, not an obligation, and it takes nothing away from the right to go to court.
10 · Governing law, and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For a consumer, the competent court is the one where they reside or have elected domicile, and no clause of this document may depart from that. In all other cases the court of Brescia has exclusive jurisdiction.
11 · Your personal data
How we handle the data of an order — and for how long — is set out in the Privacy Policy. Order data is kept for ten years, as required by article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code for accounting records.
